My room had a comfortable bed, an amazing shower, and a private courtyard with lemon trees. I particularly enjoyed the outstanding vegetarian dinner menu, which was the best meal I had in Italy. I can't wait to return to this charming and tranquil oasis. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned by other guests, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The menu for breakfast could have been more varied.

I had the most incredible stay at this hidden gem tucked away in the heart of olive fields. The design of Masseria le Carrube is simply stunning, and the five-star services made me feel pampered throughout my entire visit. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional vegetarian restaurant. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate food intolerances, and the taste and quality of the food was by far the best I've experienced in Puglia. The swimming pools were also a great bonus, perfect for relaxing and taking a dip.

There were a few minor areas that could be improved, such as updating some of the furniture and towels around the swimming pool. However, these were just small details that didn't detract from the overall experience.

The location of Masseria Le Carrube was perfect for exploring nearby towns. the cooking experience with Rocco was outstanding, and the tasting menu in the restaurant was amazing. the two pools were fabulous, and the property would be a fantastic wedding location.
